Refund Policy

At Hans Herbal Overseas, customer satisfaction is our highest priority! If you are displeased with the product(s) delivered, we will gladly issue a full refund upon the returned product(s). However, some restrictions may apply. Kindly, review the refund and cancellation policies mentioned below.


  • If you want to cancel an order, you need to do it within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • A cancellation of the product is subject to a cancellation charge/ bank transaction charge. Even after cancellation, you will need to pay 2.5% of your total order value.
  • On some very rare occasions, we might need to cancel your particular order.
  • Hans Herbal Overseas reserves the right to decline your order at any time for any reason with prior notice to you.


  • In case of dissatisfaction from our product (s), you have the liberty to return the product and request a refund from us.
  • You are only eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After the 7 day-period, you will be no longer eligible to raise a refund request.
  • Refund will only be made if the returned product is in its original condition with all the labels, as well as our retail box intact. Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we shall inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds will be done within 14 business days from the date of receipt of returned or cancelled product(s).
  • Once your refund is processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, such as debit/credit card.
  • Kindly note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.
