Shipping & Return Policy


  • The shipping charge for your purchase is calculated on “per item” basis.
  • The shipping charges may vary depending upon product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations.
  • During the check out process, you can see the shipping charge for your order.
  • You can avail free shipping on purchase of 1000 and above.


  • We process your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Your purchase is shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
  • To enjoy hassle-free courier services, we have tie-ups only with the reputed courier companies.
  • It takes us 7-14 days to deliver your order. However, the number of days may vary according to your location.
  • Your order’s delivery will done between 9 am and 7 pm, Monday and Saturday.
  • Shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted public holidays.
  • On some very rare occasions, delivery delay can occur.
  • In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we shall inform it to you via email or telephone.
  • You will need to sign for your order upon its delivery. Hans Herbal Overseas will not take any responsibility for order signed by an alternative person.
  • Hans Herbal Overseas will not take any responsibility for any loss, theft, and damage to your product after delivery.


  • In case, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Hans Herbal Overseas, you can raise a return/replacement request up to 7 days after delivery.
  • It will take us up to 2 business days to review your return request and give confirmation for the same.
  • You can return/replace your product under conditions, such as delivery of the wrong product, delivery of expired product, delivery of physically damaged/tampered product or packaging, and incomplete order or missing products.
  • We will not accept return/replacement of your product under conditions, such as return request made after 7 days of delivery, opened/used product, and any alteration in packaging.
  • Kindly note that replacement will depend on stock availability. In case, the product is out of stock, a refund against it can be obtained.


  • Once we have reviewed your return request, we will organize a pick up for our product.
  • Our courier partner will come to fetch the product within 7 days after your return request.
  • If our return pick up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to ship the product to us. We shall reimburse the courier charges.
  • Once the product gets back to our warehouse, it will be verified against the claim. Only when the claim is found to be appropriate, we shall initiate a replacement or refund against the returned product.
